Guest speakers  Andrew McNeill, Wasaga Beach CAO, and Frank Giannone, Fram Building Group President, met with a packed house at the WBRA 2023 Annual General Meeting on October 25 at the Marlwood Golf and Country Club. Andrew delivered a presentation with details on the hot off the press announcement of the Wasaga Beach Community Hub plus Elementary and High School development project. Frank followed with information on the Beachfront Redevelopment Workshops and Public Meetings. These presentations are a welcome return to openness and engagement that allow the citizens of Wasaga Beach to participate in the process of building their town's future.

Prior to the Guest Speakers, WBRA Annual General Meeting business was tended to with a message from Association President Peter Gribbin, a report on WBRA finances, and election of the Board of Directors. To close off the meeting, Mayor Brian Smith spoke of the changes made in the town's operations and council over the past twelve months and what we have to look forward to in the years ahead.

The WBRA Executive greatly appreciates the support of its members and concerned taxpayers who attended the AGM in record numbers and for their thoughtful donations to the Wasaga Beach Food Bank. Videos of the evening's event are available on YouTube in the four segments listed below:
